The KF 1/4...KF 1/24 coated are a range of transfer gear pumps that have a discharge volume of 4 cm3/r to 24 cm3/r. The gear parts bearing bushes are protected from wear and corrosion by a specialcoating. To stop the hardening or crystallizing of the pumped medium, the double rotary shaft allows for operation with the sealing liquid.

The pump is made of EN-GJL-250 housing, and a gear made of nickel plated steel 1.7139. Its bearing bushes are also made of nickel plated steel ETG 100 material, while its seals are made of FKM and PTFE.

Models in the range may be applied in technical processes, PU components, plasticizers, resins, adhesives, lacquers and paints. The device can be provided with a magnetic drive upon request.
