The Fairchild Model 81 of the Multi Stage Precision Pressure Regulators features high flow with double phase precision pressure regulator. It is designed for high performance, low sag and accurate process control functions. A pilot control system is united with a basic force balance system to provide exact output pressure for highly sensitive instruments and control circuit. High flow, but with precision control is an important requirement of the equipment.
The control sensitivity of the Fairchild Model 81 is less than 0.1 inches water column. It requires less energy and delivers accurate, but consistent performance to maintain the desired pressure, according to the requirements of the unit. There is a pneumatic regulator in the model that can handle 250 psi and maximum 17 bar supply pressure. The output pressure is available in five different variations, including 0-20 psi, 0-1.5 BAR, 0-150 kPa up to 1-100 psi, 0.05-7 BAR and 7-700 kPa. The 81 precision regulator features 50 SCFM and 136 m3/hr flow capacity.
