The KRACHT high pressure gear pumps of the KP series are in fact gland type bearing pumps, with all vital parts protected by a aluminum housing (optionally cast iron). These parts are made out of high-strength extrusion alloy, close on each side by and end cover / flange mounting cover. The gearing consists of a driving shaft pinion and the driven shaft pinion, where as highest quality is achieved by grinding and honing of tooth flanks. The surfaces have a fine finish. A high number of teeth (13) offers volumetric flow deviation reduction, as well as pressure fluctuations. These pumps feature flows up to 22 cm3/r, with pressures up to 300 bar.
