The KRACHT KP 1 series DuroTec®-gear pumps feature flows up to 22 cm3/r and pressures up to 150 bar. They are mostly used for various abrasive and poor lubricating fluids, such as silicates (sodium silicate), isocyanates, polyols with hard fillers, especially present in PU technology. Under different humidity values, these fluids crystallize. The gear (gear wheel and shafts) contains a SIC sleeve bearing, and is highly wear-resistant. The pumps also feature solid body parts with sizes less than 50 ?m. They represent a durable, robust, and reliable choice for media with no lubrication, where the high operating pressure is a priority.
