The Model 66 from Fairchild is a pressure regulator made from stainless steel that is ideal for applications involving exposure to high temperatures or corrosive elements in which high performance is required. The housing and internals, all of which are made from stainless steel, can withstand a range of corrosive materials and very difficult operating environments. It also has fluorocarbon elastomers that can also withstand these conditions. 

This unit comes with a 1 inch water column control sensitivity that enables it to give precise, accurate and reliable performance despite any changes that may occur in the pressure or the conditions. This pneumatic regulator can comfortably handle a maximum supply pressure of 35 bar or 500 psi. It provides 5 set point pressure ranges from 0-10 psi, 0-0.7 bar, 0-70 kPa up to 2 to 150 psi, 0.15 to 10 bar and 15 to 1000 kPa.
