The Fairchild Model 16 vacuum/positive pressure regulator (M16) works with systems that need above/below atmospheric pressure control. The M16 maintains varying flow conditions using an aspirator tube that adjusts the inner valve based on the flow velocity.
The M16 pneumatic vacuum regulator has a ½” water column control sensitivity and a balanced supply valve that is designed to provide continuous, precise and dependable accuracy to maintain the required setpoint even with supply pressure/vacuum change.
The Fairchild M16 can handle a maximum of 250psi and 17bar supply pressure. There are five output pressure ranges (vacuum 2psi, vacuum 0.15bar, vacuum 15kPa, up to vacuum 150psi, vacuum 10bar, vacuum 1,000kPa). In addition it provides a maximum of 40SCFM, 65m3/hr positive flow capacity.
