The KRACHT high pressure gear pumps of the KP 2 / KP 3 series feature flows rates up to 62 cm3/r with pressures up to 300 bar, and are mainly used for stringent operating conditions. They have a gray cast iron housing and flange mounting cover, and can successfully operate in fluctuating conditions. The bearing are PTFE-Pb coated, plain bronze. The flange mounting carry ground bearing pins of the gear, consisting out of shaft pinion. The numerous gear's tooth profiles offer flow fluctuation stability, and are made out of hardened steel. They are very durable and robust, and guarantee an efficient, reliable operation.
