The KF from KRACHT is a transfer gear pump especially made for process engineering. It has a flow rate of 0.5 cm3/r to 4 cm3/r. Due to the high number of teeth on the fine gearing, it has a low-pulsation volume flow. The gear parts and the bearing bushes is protected by a special coating to prevent wear and corrosion. It has a very good volumetric efficiency over its wide pressure range.

To stop the pumping medium from hardening or crystallising, the different kinds of seals can be selected if the latter version enables operations with water seal. It can be extended to a highly precise dosing unit if the gear type flow meter combined with the KRACHT electronics.

It is suitable in many technical processes dosing liquids, PUR components, softeners, resins, lacquers and paints.
