Basic Universal has a wide range of industry-standard interfaces that will conform to different applications, including the ones in your industry. The integration of proper interface for connecting the IndraDyn motors or other encoders such as Hiperface®, is already present. It also carries empty slots for connections of another encoder, namely analog I/O extension and emission of emulated encoder signals. 
Through its additional plug-in MultiMediaCard, it can give you numerous options for simple and convenient transmission or drive parameters duplication. Furthermore, it may even expand the memory for the motion logic that is built in the drive (firmware option). 
For easy start-up, Rexroth IndraWorks engineering framework is suggested.
